Connected them back to dual band, also cycling channels.Ĭonfirmed correct MAC statuses for every device, and all rules for each, default, then again, alternating.Īttempted all methods with 4 or 5 different DNS servers too. Changed QoS to highest priority and eliminated any possible other connection.Ĭycled private and public ips also cycling my firewall on and off too simultaneously.Ĭonnected via WiFi and had 2.4 dissabled to use 5ghz throughput. I had my NETGEAR r6250 modem placed into bridge mode with my AT&T BGW210 provided router and tried various IPs of my devices into DMZ mode and also had all ports required for my platform forwarded too. Moved placement of modem around home also ensuring no wires could crosstalk for interference.
Turned off all other connections aside from Ethernet connection. Rebooted modem and Fiber Optic box on my wall first. 2k20 on XB1.Įvery test I've ran from any website and on any analyzer app(which now, have been several) have all shown about 7mbps down and 150-200mbps up.
#Epic games download speed slow free#
Constantly free framing, then speeding up gameplay frames to catch back up to current so I couldn't play whatsoever. No issues whatsoever.Ī few weeks ago, I started fast forwarding in the only game I play competitively. Anywhere from 900 to 1300 upload and download. I just moved to Indianapolis from an area where I only had one option for an ISP and that package they offered was 5, so you can imagine how stoked I was for this when finally moved in.ġst month was flawless. I have searched far and wide for an answer to this issue. Or if anyone has a way to contact support that is basically refusing to talk to me because their systems aren't seeing an issue on their end. Not sure if anyone has ever experienced an issue like this has a possible solution. It basically kicked me out of the call because of the lack of agents and it "seems fine" on their end. Because of this automated tech support was no help. Tried resetting, both by physically pulling the plug and going through the reboot process on the website, and have seen no improvement.ĪT&T's speed test is coming back with normal fiber speeds but when testing multiple devices on multiple websites, both on wifi and hard wired, I am getting the 3 Mbps download speeds. I have had a bit of internet issues the past couple of weeks but nothing this bad or consistent. I am on the 1Gb plan and using the equipment provided by AT&T. Download has been consistently under 10 Mbps all weekend. Sometimes the upload is at a more normal 700 Mbps, other times it is a bit low as well at 40 Mbps. Currently receiving download speeds of 3 Mbps with upload being much higher.
